Xbox One Games
The first one is great, especially if you didn’t buy the Xbox One Assassin’s Creed Bundle. Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag will be available throughout the entire month of July. This game is one of my favorites from the series, and it is beautiful on the Xbox One. The second game is So Many Me, and will be available on July 16th, until August 15th. This very cute platformer is fun and challenging, and it is a must play if you haven’t yet.
Xbox 360 Games
The first for the Xbox 360 group is the traditional Plant vs. Zombies game that got all of us hooked. I think it is better than Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare, and is available from July 1st through July 15th. The second game is Gears of War 3, which is just okay. It’s only okay because you really should play the first two before jumping into this game. It is however an excellent game, and it is free all through the month of July.
What Games Should Come Next?
These offers are great, but I’d like to see plenty more. I want to see Goat Simulator, Rayman Origins, Halo Reach, Limbo, and Fable Anniversary. With Xbox One becoming backwards compatible however, I can see a lot of these games not being offered. The nice thing about that though, is indie games could become more popular as the free games offered.
